ALPHA Bowl Polisher
CNC bowl polishing machine.
Machine for polishing, brushing and buffing of stainless-steel bowls.
The Alpha type bowl polishing machine is available in three different versions:
• Alpha II K for combined bottom surface and sidewall polishing
• Alpha II B for bottom surface polishing with angled head spindle
• Alpha II W for sidewall polishing.
Brush positioning system for the adjustment of the brush to suit the respective work piece geometry.
Oscillation control system to dynamically control the horizontal stroke when polishing the bottom. The system is controlled via 4 interpolating NC axes. Work pieces are loaded and unloaded manually.
The machine is specifically intended for the brushing and polishing of stainless-steel bowls. It can be configured with a tool magazine for maximum flexibility andan indexing loading table.
The modular machine design allows individual machines to be linked in a linear chain or rotary table, thus producing a complete production line. The linking of machines provides short turnaround times. An integrated automatic spray paste feature ensures consistent polishing results (optional).
Buffing spindle speed continuously adjustable through frequency converters.
