Depending on component size, geometry, material and production volume, IMM Maschinenbau offers both CNC, robotic and manual solutions for grinding, polishing and finishing. For turbine blades, the SPE 6 CNC is a proven solution for smaller and medium blade sizes, while the MTS 6 CNC is suitable for larger blades and airfoils. For large crank shafts and rotors the KWS is a well established solution. Selected manual grinding and polishing machines complement the range where flexible operator-guided finishing is required.
